Kate Winslet will soon find out whether third time's a charm, as she has just exchanged "I dos" for the third time.

Winslet married Ned Rocknroll in a secret wedding ceremony witnessed by Leonardo DiCaprio, who walked her down the aisle. Us Weekly reported the wedding was confirmed by Winslet's UK rep, Sara Keene. The ceremony was held in New York in early December.

"I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rock'nRoll in NY earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family. The couple had been engaged since the summer," Keene told Us Weekly.

Winslet's first marriage was with Jim Threapleton (1998 - 2001). They have one daughter, Mia, now 12 years old. Her second husband is Sam Mendes (2003 - 2010). They have a son, Joe Alfie, now 9.

The Sun reported it was DiCaprio who gave Winslet away in her third wedding.

"She asked if Leo would give her away because they are best friends," The Sun quoted a source as saying.

"Kate and Ned got married in a really romantic and private ceremony. They had been planning it for a while. They are both so happy and very much in love. Kate is very private and didn't want anyone to know."

This is Ned's second wedding. He married Eliza Pearson, daughter of a multimillionaire viscount, in 2009. Their marriage lasted 20 months.

Kate's former husbands are film directors. Ned, meanwhile, is an executive at the space flight firm Virgin Galactic, a space exploration company owned by Sir Richard Branson, his uncle.

It is further reported that Kate, 37, and Ned, 34, have bought a 5th-century property in West Sussex, England.
