The woman accused of slashing Leonardo DiCarprio's face with a glass is turning the tables against DiCarpio. Aretha Wilson now claims that it was the "Inception" star Leo who started the confrontation between the two, leading to the incident five years ago.

Wilson's lawyer requested a toxicology report as well as Leo's medical records from the evening the unfortunate incident happened.

Her counsels also claims inconsistencies in the witnesses' testimonies and that the movie star did not report the event for three days.

Speaking to JustJared.com, Leonardo DiCaprio's lawyer Blair Berk called the allegations "outrageous." He told JustJared.com that Aretha Wilson "is now making up lies to further avoid responsibility in this matter. "

Berk said his client has fully cooperated with prosecutors on this case for over five years. Leo's counsel dismissed Aretha Wilson's allegations as "a classic example of the victim of a violent crime becoming the victim once again."

In 2005, Aretha had allegedly cut DiCaprio's face with a drinking glass. According to reports, Wilson had been "involved" with a friend of DiCaprio's and "began shouting profanities."

When DiCaprio tried to calm her, the former model "only became more aggressive and agitated." After the incident, Leo needed 17 stitches to close up his face and ear.
