A lesbian who used to work for a British Conservative member of parliament and his wife has filed charges against her former employers for unfair dismissal, unpaid holiday pay as well as sexual advances and discrimination. She alleged her former employers wanted her to engage in a threesome act.

The woman alleged the incident occurred August last year when Mr and Mrs P invited her to join them in their sitting room. Not wanting to disappoint her employers' request, she nonetheless reluctantly agreed to join them.

With a bottle of beer in hand, the middle-aged lesbian employee went into the sitting room and sat on the sofa, she narrated before the employment tribunal. Afterwhich, "Mr P came and sat down next to me, quite close, so I moved up," she said.

She continued her narration before the South Coast tribunal. "Mrs P then came and sat on the floor between his legs." She said she then started getting uncomfortable, "so I opted to sit on the edge of the sofa."

She continued that Mrs P then placed her drink on a tray and began to French kiss Mr P.

"I was extremely embarrassed and looked out of the window. I really did not know what to do. I hoped that they would soon stop."

And then she felt a hand touch her, making her jump. When the lesbian employee looked, it was Mrs P's hand, "reaching into my crotch."

And then she alleged that Mr P proceeded to place his hand on the top of her thigh.

It was then that she shot to her feet and said that she does not engage on those sorts of things. She then immediately left the room.

It Didn't Stop There

She said that as she left, she even heard Mrs P giggling. "The whole incident left me humiliated and distressed. I did not accept nor had I encouraged such behaviour."

The live-in lesbian housekeeper, who happened to had just broken up with her partner before the incident, said, "I felt considerably low and considered suicide as life did not seem worth living."

Weeks later, she got into a confrontation with Mr P, who told her to leave the house in an hour, essentially terminating her services.

She said she received £300 (AU$477) from Mr P plus a letter that stated disciplinary proceedings had been discussed between them. It likewise stated that a severance deal would be drawn up. But all supposed information on the letter were fabricated lies.

Another £5,000 (AU$7,954) was offered to her which the lesbian housekeeper claimed was being given so she would waive her right to take the matter to a tribunal.

She rejected both offers.

She immediately sought to file charges of sexual discrimination, unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal.

"The harassment and dismissal from my position and my eviction have caused me significant problems including distress, anxiety and depression."

The hearing continues.

Ridiculous Accusations

Her former employers have denied the charges, calling them "wholly untrue and ridiculous."

"None of this occurred. It is a complete fabrication from start to finish," the grey-haired Mr P said.

They accused the lesbian housekeeper of trying to extort money from them.
