Lewis Hamilton And Nicole Scherzinger Breakup—Report
A red flag has been thrown on the relationship between Formula One, or F1, champion Lewis Hamilton and girlfriend former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger. Hamilton and Scherzinger reportedly called it quits after an on-again-off-again relationship of seven years.
The pressures of a long distance relationship is said to be the culprit of the former couple’s recent breakup, Mail Online reports. A source revealed to the British webloid that the breakup was a mutual decision.
“The long distance kept them apart for long periods of time,” the source revealed. “They both spent most of their time alone because they were in different countries all the time.
According to the source, Scherzinger was left feeling “heartbroken and devastated” after the breakup. However, she finds comfort from her family especially her mother Rosemary. Scherzinger’s grandmother has even flown from Hawaii to London to extend support and help her work through this difficult time in her life.
The report further said that Scherzinger was extremely “lifted” by the support the she has received from her family. Right now, Scherzinger is getting back on her feet and trying to keep busy mind. She currently stars in the West End Musical “Cats,” where she play the role of Glamour Cat.
It wouldn’t be the first time that Hamilton and Scherzinger have parted ways. Somehow, the two still managed to rekindle their romance, which is why sources close to the couple believe that Hamilton and Scherzinger will always find a way to reconcile as long as they have feelings for each other.
Other speculation about the pair’s split surfaced. In an article by The Sun, it has been said that the reason of Hamilton and Scherzinger’s breakup is his unwillingness to marry her.
Another insider told The Sun that Hamilton and Scherzinger are over for good. It is understood that Hamilton’s commitment to his F1 career has torn the couple apart.
Hamilton is currently in Spain for Mercedes’ pre-season test. He took the wheel of W06 Hybrid car in the second day but his return was cut short due to a water leak on the car’s armour. Hamilton, who is expected to sign a three-year deal worth £60m with Mercedes, completed 91 laps and finished fourth with a time of 1:22:490.
