Miley Cyrus has been photographed going out for the first time since reports surfaced that her fiancé Liam Hemsworth was cheating on her.

The Hannah Montana star got out Tuesday to exercise her civil rights and take part in the U.S. election. Daily Mail noted the Cyrus "had a solemn face" and was make-up free.

Hemsworth has been rumoured to have flirted with an unnamed blonde woman at a Hollywood party in October.

According to Radar Online, Hemsworth was at the Samsung Galaxy Note II party in Beverly Hills when he was spotted flirting with the pretty blonde. This party happened on October 25.

Radar Online's source said Liam stayed late at the bash seemingly having fun with the mystery blonde in the back tent. Radar's source was quoted as saying:

"Liam was in the corner of the back tent with a blonde and they were getting very cosy... It definitely looked like they were behaving in a way that was more than just friendly."

On Twitter, Cyrus' seemed focus Tuesday on the U.S. election. She openly supported Obama, and kept her 'election day photo' as her profile picture.

Two months ago at the MTV Video Music Awards in L.A. Cyrus told Us Weekly she already felt married to Hemsworth. She also said she has not done much wedding planning since getting engaged in June.

"I'm really excited to obviously get married, but I kind of already feel married... I know we are forever. I don't really need the paper right now, so I'm just really trying to work."

Hemsworth is currently filming the sequel of The Hunger Games -- Catching Fire. Could he be cheating on Miley Cyrus, or was it a case of overplayed friendly encounter?
