Australian actor, Liam Hemsworth again “can’t stop” controversial girlfriend, Miley Cyrus from baring her skin once again, as the singer got completely naked for a T-shirt campaign. KPopstarz described the singer-actress "resembling a bag of bones," pointing out that the new look could be really disturbing considering how many young ones continue to adore Liam's GF. The Web site, attributed the dramatic weight loss to her parents's divorce reports. Miley is one child who is never afraid to express her thoughts, even to her father.

In her recent tweet, Miley hit at her father when she tweeted: "@billyraycyrus since you won't reply to my texts I'm giving you an hour to tell the truth or ill tell it for you," raising speculations that her father is having an affair. Her parents' on and off relationship has been having quite an impact on Miley and her decisions to own personal life. Their reconciliation in 2011 even inspired her to rekindle her own romance with Australia's hunk, Hunger Games star, Liam Hemsworth.

Other reports, however, claim that her continuous physical transformation can be attributed to her romance troubles and how she strictly follows her diet to keep her love, Liam. The couple has been in a slew of break-up rumours which usually quickly dies when they are seen together, still going strong.

“Her diet and exercise regime has become like a religion – it’s what’s getting her through one of the more stressful times of her life,” Belfast Telegraph quoted a source as saying.

The same source added fear, however, that the We Can't Stop singer will push too hard that it will make her ill.

The source added, “But she can’t carry on this way. People are scared she’ll make herself ill.”

Despite this, Miley was named the most recent face for Marc Jacobs International, "Protect The Skin You're In" Campaign and a photo of Miley getting naked for the cause has made the headlines over the weekend.

The photo of Miley with nothing but her hands to cover her modesty and the texts emblazoned in the white-shirt to cover her tiny twins has been making the rounds in the internet. This could be Miley’s raunchiest photo shoot to date. It will be recalled that she was photographed in skimpy bikini, too tiny that it almost bared her derriere.

Her naked image in the Marc Jacobs International photo shoot could be her most daring one. And it was all for the “Protect Your Skin Campaign,” that aims at raising money for the New York University Skin Cancer Institute.

The Last Song star took to Twitter and said: "Who's gettin my #protecttheskinyourein Tee from @MarcJacobsIntl ❤❤❤."

She added, "Check out my @MarcJacobsIntl #ProtectTheSkinYoureIn tee❤❤❤We gonna save alot of lives #marcfam."

Liam’s girlfriend also retweeted a post from the @MarcJacobsIntl Twitter user thanking her for her participation in the campaign. The tweet said: "@Miley Cyrus we love it, thanks so much for getting naked for charity! @NYULMC have you seen this?!?"

Interested individuals who want participate in the advocacy and help raise funds may find the T-shirts in Marc Jacobs boutiques particularly found in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Boston and Savannah, Georgia. As Miley noted in her tweet, the stores in Europe are set to begin selling the shirts next month. With $35, you can be part of the initiative, proceeds of which go to the NYU Cancer Institute and NYU Langone Medical Center.

Miley joins the ranks of hot sexy stars who stripped naked for the “Protect The Skin You’re In” campaign. These include big celebrities as Victoria Beckham, Naomi Campbell, Rufus Wainwright, Dita Von Teese, Cara Delevigne and Miranda Kerr, among others.
