The family who laughs, smokes and drinks together - stays together. Says Miley Cyrus?

The "We Can't Stop" singer belongs to a very close knit family who follows the same rules for staying together. That's what the latest pictures show. Miley is so close to her mother Tish as the pair often smokes together and even has a couple of drinks. The 21-year-old singer was photographed smoking a suspicious looking cigarette (weed/pot) in front of her mother Tish at one of their house parties last month. What's more intriguing was Miley being seen "passing it around the table" for others to share. The ex-Hannah Montana star was also seen gulping some dark brown colored liquid from huge beer mugs.

While most young daughters of Miley's age must be waiting for the time when their strict mothers would go out of the house so that they could do all adventurous stuff, Miley is just the opposite. She does it in front of her mother. The pictures, which seemed a clear invasion of Miley's privacy, were taken on Dec. 19 in Florida when she was in town for her Jingle Ball tour. She was seen completely relaxed, made free and had even tied her little bit of hair up in a pony tail. See them here.

In the private pictures shown by Daily Mail, Miley was accompanied by her mother Tish, makeup artist Denika Bedrossian, best friend Cheyne Thomas and performer Amazon Ashley.

The "Wrecking Ball" singer looked completely unaware that she was being photographed. She wore all black ensemble - black pants, black crop top and no shoes. She and her mom were seen laughing heartily over the jokes in one picture and seemed to share a very good chemistry together.

Miley has been very open about her fondness to weed and smoking. "I think weed is the best drug on earth. Weed is so much better. And molly, too. Those are happy drugs - social drugs. They make you want to be with friends," Miley said confessing her love for various drugs like weed and molly to the Rolling Stone magazine last year.

We are just happy that Miley and her mom had the decency to exclude Miley's little sis Noah Cyrus from their smoking rendezvous.
