Being behind the bars didn't stop Lil Wayne from blogging and hosting a mixtape. Now, the Cash Money Records superstar does his rap in prison.

Weezy recorded a verse for Drake's "Light Up" featuring Jay-Z. The track is included in Drake's debut album "Thank Me Later" which will be released on Tuesday, June 15.

On Tuesday night during a Ustream session with Jas Prince, son of Rap-A-Lot Record founder J. Prince, Drizzy debuted the number.

"I'm feeling like Elvis, 'Jailhouse Rock'," Wayne raps on the phone.

"I'm not 2Pac, I'm the new 'Pac/ Behind bars, but the bars don't stop/ Recording over the phone, I hope the call don't drop/ Drizzy got the ball, I know the ball won't drop/ And I pray none of my kids ever wanna be Pop."

Drake had mentioned at a listening session in New York last week that there would be remix for "Light Up". Prior to the session, he visited his mentor and later told MTV 2 "Sucker Free" host DJ Envy that he and Wayne are working together on a project.

The album version of the track features only Drake and Jay-Z as the two rap about their encounters in the rap game.

Back in March, Drake told MTV that the track is somewhat like the advice and conversations he had with Jay-Z.

"It's just me and Jay both rapping on it for an extended period of time," Drake said.

"It's real rap. I do sing on it, but it's just on the hook. It's great. The perspective, the dynamic on the track - it's me and Jay's relationship on the song, basically. When you hear it, people will be like, 'Oh man.' That's how we are - just the two. He definitely has guided me a lot, as far as his words and his advice. We have a real funny rapport. I always enjoy my conversations with Jay."
