Lindsay Lohan Dating former NFL Player Matt Nordgren?

Fresh from her 90-day rehab stint, Lindsay Lohan is reportedly dating the former NFL player Matt Nordgren. The "Mean Girls" actress is busy spending her days getting sober and cosying up with her new found beau.

The sober Lindsay is spending a lot of time with Matt that it sparks a lot of rumors about their current relationship. But when asked about his relationship with Lindsay, Matt tells Page Six that they are just friends.

'We've hung out. But I have been a friend trying to support her for many years now.'But a source close to them tells E! News "they have a history of hooking up."

"I'm not surprised about Lindsay and Matt," the source tells E! "They have a history of hooking up during New York Fashion Week. Last year, they had a wild night of partying and hooking up. So it's not shocking they're hanging out again this time of year."

The source also adds that Lindsay is not ready to have a relationship at the moment. "Is he her boyfriend? No. He lives in Dallas. But they see each other when he's in NY or LA."

But who really is Matt Nordgren? This blue-eyed hottie played one season for the Philadelphia Eagles after playing backup quarterback for the University of Texas. But after an injury he shifted careers and appeared on Bravo's Most Eligible Dallas.

This 30-year old Texan charmer works in his family energy business and devotes his time for charities. His very own charity, The Leadership Foundation and Gala, is founded to help underprivileged kids to develop character and strength through education and sports.

Lindsay and Matt met in LA in 2007 and stayed friends for several years. In fact Matt is one of her few friends who supported her to get through her toughest priod.

When asked about Lindsay on a different interview, he says, 'She's completely sober for months now. She's in a great place, she's thinking clear and working hard and meeting with all the right people.'
