Lindsay Lohan did not get the 'Gotti' role
The actress joined actor John Travolta and other members of the project in a media conference held at Sheraton Hotel New York Hotel and Towers on Tuesday, April 12.
You know what they say, “count not your eggs until they be hatched”. That’s exactly what happened to actress Lindsay Lohan when the producers and creators of biopic, "Gotti: Three Generations" have decided to close doors for any talks to consider the embattled actress for the role.

Lindsay Lohan according to Reuters is no longer considered to play a real-life mob wife in “Gotti”. The actress, who as earlier reported by IBTimes was vying for the role and even attended the press conference held last week though there was official announcement yet that would play Victoria Gotti, the wife of Travolta's son. The actress joined actor John Travolta and other members of the project in a media conference held at Sheraton Hotel New York Hotel and Towers on Tuesday, April 12.

A week after the said conference, the talks to give Lohan the Victoria-role have ended according to the film producer.
"We are not talking any further about Lindsay playing Victoria," Reuters quoted producer Marc Fiore as telling People magazine.
Fiore added that the producers are now open to consider other actresses for the role that could have helped Lohan revive her career.
He said: "She is no longer being considered. The talks have stopped. We are going to meet with other people (for the role)."

Reasons why Lohan was out of the project have remained unclear but TMZ said Reuters have hinted that the actress’s management team could have cost her the coveted role to play Victoria.
TMZ quoted a cryptic statement from Fiore as saying: "I will only ride a merry-go-round with my kids."
In 'Gotti:Three Generations', John Travolta played the lead role as Gotti Sr. He will be joined by ‘Good Fellas’ actor, Joe Pesci who plays as Travolta’s close friend, Angelo Ruggiero.
