Being an alcoholic is not all bad for Lindsay Lohan. Lohan's image as one might have even help her suit against E-Trade whom she alleged to have ripped off her reputation and name in a commercial featuring a "milkaholic" baby named Lindsay.

It's happy days again for Lohan as she and E-Trade hfinally arrived at an out-of-court settlement. Well, that means less litigation time for Lindsay Lohan, which is a relief, as she is fast becoming a usual sighting in courts these days, that judges readily use her as metaphors, as in the case of Jersey Shore reality show star Snooki.

According to E-Trade, while they had always maintained that Lindsay Lohan's claims were without merit, E-Trade has to consider the cost and time involved in litigation.

"With the case now withdrawn, we are pleased to have the matter behind us," says E-Trade in a statement. The stipulation says that Lohan's complaint is withdrawn with prejudice (which means the Hollywood star can not refile).
