Dawn Holland, the woman whom Lindsay Lohan allegedy attacked, will not be pressing charges against the actress even after she was fired from Betty Ford Center for breaching confidentiality. But Keith Davidson, Holland's lawyer, said this does not mean Holland will not press for other legal claims.

"Dawn has no ax to bear with Lindsay... [She] has seen the hard work Lindsay has been doing in rehab [and] is rooting Lindsay on, and praying for her recovery." Davidson told Web site RadarOnline in an interview. "

"We won't be taking any civil action against Ms. Lohan. Our investigation into potential civil rights claims, and wrongful termination claims against Betty Ford is ongoing."

Dawn was fired by rehab facility Betty Ford Center after she allegedly breached "strict confidentiality guidelines and laws (1) by publicly identifying patients in a media interview and (2) by disclosing a privileged document.(See full report here: Lindsay Lohan's alleged victim fired over breach of patient confidentiality)

Betty Ford Center has also contacted the Attorney General for possible HIPAAA violation and criminal charges against Dawn and TMZ, the entertainment outlet which interviewed her.

Dawn was interviewed by TMZ about the incident and originally claimed that it was only to defend herself after Lohan called for her termination. It was later learned that TMZ paid her $10000 for the interview, and that she indeed provided the entertainment outlet with confidential documents.
