The musical version of 'Twilight' is actually happening.

'Twilight: The Musical' is set to make an off-Broadway debut for one night only this coming Jan. 16th, and all its proceeds will go to a charity called 'Blessings in a Backpack.'

What makes this news more exciting are the names who would make up the cast, and the one of the most interesting names to ever hit you would be that of Lauren Lopez.

As per the website, the show is set to examine the culture of obsession through the story of a simple teenager called Bella Swan who is more than willing to risk anything and everything for her one and only love, a vampire, by the name of Edward Cullen.

The musical cast had its workshop done last year in New York. Upon hearing some of its lyrics of the songs that will be sung, fans would realize how the show ends up in the same path as the other musical called 'A Very Potter Musical.' It will show like a fun parody especially for those who are fans and followers of the original material.

The parodies include the spoof aspects of the story without even affiliating with the publisher or author of the story for as long as it acknowledges copyright laws.

If you are in New York these days, would you be willing to see this version of 'Twilight?' If you love 'Twilight,' then you should prepare yourself to not be offended with this spoof version. .
