It’s an Australasian music gold collaboration from Australia’s famed DJ and New Zealand’s fastest rising star. According to reports, 21-year-old Harley Stretan, or more commonly known as Flume, and 16-year-old Lorde are planning on working together on a new project.

Rumours of their planned collaboration have been swirling since August when the two were caught exchanging Twitter messages about a possible collaboration.

Flume reached out to Lorde on Twitter, saying that he got the Kiwi student’s message for him, which was passed on by New Zealand magazine Coup De Main. He didn’t elaborate what that message was, but it was apparently a “great idea.”

“...lets write some music together,” he wrote.

Lorde responded with head-scratching “bangerzzz,” which was assumed to mean, “Awesome, let’s do that!”

“@flumemusic: Hey @lordemusic I got your message from @coupdemain , great idea, lets write some music together
