New Zealand born international singing sensation Lorde is reportedly not stressing about the Grammy's even if she ends up going home empty handed. The "Royals" singer is nominated for this year's Grammy for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance for "Royals" and Best Pop Vocal Album for "Pure Heroine."

When asked how she is preparing for the 2014 Grammy Awards, the 19-year-old Kiwi says: "To be honest I'm not gonna be too stressed if I don't come home with anything. It would be super awesome to win a Grammy, I mean it would probably be the craziest thing that will ever happen to me if it happens, but it definitely won't cheapen or make less anything I've achieved."

"I think the growing I've had to do in this last year and what I've done creatively... I'm pretty proud of myself and I don't think that'll change whether or not I get this prize. But yeah, it would be nice," adds Lorde.

The young singer definitely knows how to handle herself as she faces one of the biggest nights of her music career, and winning the Grammy in her first year as an international artist will be a huge boost. Thanks to the runway success of "Royals" and album "Pure Heroine," Lorde managed to jump straight into the Grammy major leagues.

Lorde is up against some of the very big names in the music industry, for Album of the Year she is battling against Daft Punk for "Get Lucky," Imagined Dragons for "Radioactive," Bruno Mars for "Locked Out of Heaven" and robin Thicke for "Blurred Lines."

The Album of the Year is Grammy's biggest award that any artist can get, and Lorde is the only newcomer in the batch of nominees. All the songs nominated for the award spent weeks in the Billboard charts, while "Radioactive" managed to spent a year in the Billboard Hot 100 charts.
