Lyrics of Justin Bieber’s New Songs Raise More Questions than Tunes? [VIDEO]
Justin Bieber has been morphing from his good to bad-boy image in recent months. From strippers, wild parties to grafittis, the 19-year old pop star has been making headlines - - all for the wrong reasons. Yet, the changes in the Canadian singer is seen not only in his love for dancers and the sleeve-length tattoos but also the lyrics in his new songs.
E! Online has analyzed the content of his news songs and the news outlet raised more questions. The site claimed some of his songs are not in tune with Justin Bieber - - from his age to everything Selena Gomez’s ex represents.
Ten songs have been examined and the website found some points to ponder on the lyrics of each of these songs. Some of the concerns had already been raised, particularly his age, as Justin declares “I am not a boy, not yet a man,” in his new film, “Believe.”
E!Online: “How old do you think you are, Justin?”
The news outlet expressed concerns on some of the phrases incorporated in the songs which E! Online described as loaded with “sexual” innuendos.
Read on for some songs and their lyrics as they are analyzed by E!online:
"Heartbreaker"
"Oh girl I got a secret place that we can go/ 'Cause I really wanna be alone/ Baby nobody else gotta know/ Just meet me later on the low"
The news Web site wanted to know if indeed Justin knows what “on the low” means.
"Hold Tight"
“Holding back the faces I would make/I'm a fan and you're the rock star”
E! noted that Justin sounds like he was talking about “orgasm faces.”
"All Bad"
“Ooh, you know females/And how they like to run their mouths”
E! asked “How dare you?” But one can think more ways than one as what Justin could mean by “women running their mouths.”
"PYD"
"From the door to the wall/ Coffee table, girl, get ready I'm a put you down/ All the way down/ From the stove to the counter top/ Dining room table, are you ready?"
All E! wanted to ask was the strength of the table to support the girl. But the lyrics offer a more graphic, private moments Justin has in mind.
"Change Me"
"Don't fight fire with fire/ If I'm screaming, talk quieter"
The singer speaks of changes in more ways than one. The lyrics of the song represents Justin’s plea to let him be and calls for everyone to embrace the ever, changing, Justin.

Justin Bieber officially began his music career when he signed with Island Records in October 2008. American talent manager, Scooter Braun discovered Justin when he was only 14. He started recording music at 15 and his music at that time had been a far cry from the songs enumerated by E!Online.
Now, Justin talks about falling up and down, an “orgasm face,” and going solo. Compared to the singer who sang about puppy loves, Bieber is truly a different kid from back then. His first song, “One Time,” is all about young love while “First Dance” is a “slow groovy song that people can dance to.” On the other hand, another song is “Down to Earth” which talks about growing up.
Justin’s new songs sounded like he has indeed grown up. The big question is: has he really? Years ago, the Canadian sensation was quoted in an interview saying all he wanted was to “influence” others with his music.
“I’m looking forward to influencing others in a positive way,” said Justin, according to songmeanings.com. “My message is you can do anything if you just put your mind to it. I grew up below the poverty line; I didn’t have as much as other people did. I think it made me stronger as a person it built my character. Now I have a 4.0 grade point average and I want to go to college and just become a better person.”
With his new songs, what kind of influence will Justin have, especially to the younger generation? That, maybe is a much bigger question.
