A Malaysian has offered an advice for those frivolous on food and sexually adventurous.

A Malaysian, 45, who claimed to be eating queen termites for the last seven years claims to have the sexual stamina of a teen ager.

A man involved in a pest control business said that queen termites have a similar effect like the leading Viagra and cialis, Malaysian news provider Metro Ahad said in a report.

"The effect is as if we are running in a marathon non-stop," said the45-year-old, who further claimed he started eating queen termites seven years ago.

The man said that one can buy a queen termite for 2, 500 to as much as 5,000 Malaysian Ringgit (US$836-1,682) depending on size and colour.

A related report of by the Malaysian paper quoting gynaecologist Datuk Dr Ismail Thamby, however, downplayed Abdul Rahim's claim as just a myth.

"If there is any effect, it is only psychological in nature because the person who eats it believes it works," he said.
