William McDaniel, 53, was arrested at a gentlemen's club in Montana after he allegedly called police to complain that a stripper did not have sex with him. He shelled out $350 for a private dance at Sagebrush Sam's Exotic Dance Club and Casino in Rocker. He was expecting too much and was under the impression that the dance would come with a sex act, something which was not offered by the club.

When McDaniel found that the private dance included only gyrations and erotic dance steps and not a steamy sex session as he had thought, he became aggressive towards the dancer and dialled 911 to lodge a complaint, the local KTVQ-TV reported.

The police arrested McDaniel for offering money for sexual favours, a misdemeanour. He was later released from the Butte-Silver Bow Detention Center, after he posted bond of $550. Court records showed that his rap sheet included busts for DUI and drug possession in three Montana counties. His phone number was not listed too.

It was not clear whether McDaniel allegedly sought the sex in the Champagne Room at Sagebrush Sam's, which had only a single Yelp review, which said that the club "is dirty and smells like vomit" and needed a "complete makeover." "Even the stripper pole looked like it was going to break loose from the floor. Cleanliness and attitude need to be addressed. I will not go back."

Butte-Silver Bow Undersheriff George Skuletich told The Montana Standard that McDaniel felt he was "ripped off" and "assumed he paid the $350 for sexual acts that didn't occur."

William McDaniel was obviously in the wrong place and under a wrong notion that private dance session comes with sex acts, which landed him in cuffs.
