For the women it's the shoes. For men, it's the car.

It had been said before that cars can balance the men's "SHORTcomings."

But for Mark Parisi, he was willing to let go of the "balance" and totally let his car speak for himself.

He was willing to sell one of his testicles to medical science for US$35,000 for him to be able to buy the Nissan 370Z V6 Coupe.

He made the announcement through CBS's show The Doctors.

The US$35,000 is the standard fee for donations like this of Mr Parisi's in America. Fortunately for him, it was the starting price for a Nissan 370Z in the U.S. as well.

The Nissan GT-R Nismo in Australia?

Meanwhile, Motoring.com.au has reported that Aussies are hot for the Nissan GT-R Nismo, but, no one is selling testicles for this.

The Nissan GT-R Nismo was launched on Nov 20 through Tokyo's Motor Show.

Within a day after the said launch, Nissan Australia managing Director and CEO Peter Jones said that one dealer had already placed five orders for the car; this is despite the fact that there is no confirmation yet as to when it is going to be available in Australia.

"I've taken a lot of calls and already had a dealer ring me and say I've got five orders for the GT-R Nismo, and are we getting it. The answer is clearly no, not yet. Nismo is one of those things we're studying, and there'll be a time and place for Nismo in Australia, but right now we've just launched two models, Pathfinder and Altima. We're concentrating on that," Mr Jones told Motoring.com.au.

However, during a recent interview with Nismo President Shoichi Miyatani, he said that the GT-R Nismo can actually be launched in Australia by 2014.

"That is something we are looking at. For Australia, hopefully next year," as told by Mr Miyatani.

There had been rumours circulating that Nismo will be launching a new car model each year, with Altima Nismo slated for 2015.

However, Mr Jones remained mum on this.

"It's one of those things that we haven't made any decisions on and obviously with all things Nismo we're going to study it (Altima Nismo). But at this point in time I can't confirm that we're going get it."
