It seems Ben Affleck's major and intense involvement with "Man of Steel 2" has made him push is crime drama "Live By Night" series. Reportedly, the actor is busy with the shoot of much anticipated " Man of Steel 2" which has been tentatively titled as "Batman vs Superman"
According to reports by Deadline, the film "Live By Night" was scheduled to hit the theaters on Christmas in 2015 but now it seems the Warner Bros production will open by October 7, 2016.
Affleck is currently focused on his role as Batman in Zack Snyder informally titled "Batman vs Superman." "Night" is inspired from novel by Dennis Lehane.
"It takes place in prohibition-era Boston, where a man named Joe Coughlin (Affleck) defies his strict police officer father and enters the dangerous world of bootlegging and organized crime," reports HitFix,
Apart from "Man of Steel 2," Affleck will be next starring in David Fincher's "Gone Girl." He will also be helming sci-fi film "Sleeper" as a producer along with Matt Damon.
Moreover, there is another project in Affleck's and Damon's kitty, "Project Greenlight." It has already been given a thumbs up by HBO, reported the Web site.
Meanwhile, there is a lot of buzz regarding Ben Affleck's Batsuit in "Man of Steel 2." Fans are eager to see the new Batsuit, reported HNGN.
However, director Zack Snyder is making sure that the mystery of Batsuit stays under wraps till the film opens.
Ben Affleck's wife Jennifer Garner had once come under fire for giving hints about the Batsuit.
"I have gotten in some trouble for my little quotes and I'm learning to [keep my mouth shut]," explained Garner during an interview with Collider. "I thought that I was saying things that were foregone conclusions and it turns out nothing is, and you won't be hearing from me on the Batman front [again]."
Garner has suggested in her interview to Glamour magazine that the Batsuit is huge.
"I have seen photos of Ben as Batman. I haven't seen the real thing yet, but I have a feeling the cape will take up too much room in our closet and shove all my things out of the way," reported Entertainmentwise.
