The Manny Pacquiao vs. Brandon Rios boxing fight in Macau already ended. It was held on Nov. 23, 2013 at the Venetian Macao Resort and Hotel in China. Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao won! Yes, Pacquiao won the said match by unanimous decision among the judges. He is now the new World Boxing Organization (WBO) International Welterweight Champion.

The Pacquiao vs. Rios match lasted for 12 rounds. The scorecards were: 120-108, 119-109, 118-110 in favor of eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao. Brandon "Bam Bam" Rios' face was swollen, especially around the eye area after the said fight.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Fighting (click HERE) and USA TODAY (click HERE) provided a round-by-round update of HBO's pay-per-view fight in Macau, China. Here are the highlights of the boxing match between Pacquiao and Rios.

Round 1: Jabs left and right were exchanged between the two. This was an easy round for Pacquiao because Rios reportedly went down earlier in the fight, however it was ruled as a slip.

Round 2: Manny attacked Rios' body this time, but Rios reciprocated and attacked Manny's body in return. Manny threw an uppercut and a combination of punches towards Rios. Meanwhile, Rios threw a right hook to counteract Manny's punches against him. By the end of the round, it's Pacquiao 2-0.

Round 3: Rios tried to punch Manny but missed with a wild right. Pacquiao threw left and right punches towards Rios. Rios hit Manny with a body shot towards the end of the round.

Round 4: Pacquiao threw a quick wild right towards Rios. But, Rios also threw a right punch and hit Manny's jaw. However, Rios got a warning from referee Genaro Rodriguez because he hit Manny in the back of the head. Pacquiao threw a left hook at Rios' head towards the end of this round.

Round 5: Pacquiao hit Rios with a hard straight left punch. But, both Rios and Pacquiao hit behind each other's heads.

Round 6: Pacquiao started this round with a straight left punch to Rios. But, Rios hit Manny with a left hook just before the bell rang.

Round 7: Rios' eyes are already swollen with his left eye bleeding as the fight continued on. But, Rios still managed to hit Pacquaio with a hard right. Pacquiao hit back with a combination of punches. By now, it's 7-0, still in favor of Pacquaio.

Round 8: Pacquiao went for Rios' body using straight lefts. Rios answered this with a hard jab. But, Pacquiao was able to throw two hard rights towards the end of this round.

Round 9: Pacquiao took advantage of his quick left hand and threw several punches at Rios, who was hit thrice. Rios fought back with a hard right punch.

Round 10: Rios received a warning again for a low blow. Pacquiao still continued to use his deadly combination of moves to overwhelm Rios and eventually wear him down. He cut Rios' attempts to move forward by using his quick straight left to stop it from happening. It's 10-0 for Pacquiao in this round.

Round 11: By now, Rios' left eye is bleeding profusely. But, he was still able to hit Pacquiao with a right punch. As much as he wants to hit Pacquiao and knock him out of the match, he can't quite catch him because of his speed.

Round 12: Pacquiao threw a right uppercut and a hard left hook at Rios. Based on the scorecards which were 120-108, 119-109, 118-110, Pacquiao is proclaimed the winner by unanimous decision of the Pacquiao vs. Rios match in Macau.

The Manny Pacquiao vs. Brandon Rios boxing fight in Macau was held on Nov. 23, 2013 at the Cotai Arena of the Venetian Macao Resort and Hotel in China. Macau is one of the People's Republic of China Special Administrative Regions. The other region is Hong Kong. American Idol Season 11 Runner-up Jessica Sanchez, a Filipino-Mexican U.S. citizen, sang both the national anthems of the Philippines and the U.S. Celebrity sightings during the match included football player David Beckham and heiress, model and businesswoman Paris Hilton. Pacquiao has won 54 fights with 38 knockouts (KOs) and has lost 5 already while Brandon Rios has won 31 fights with 23 KOs and only lost once before losing again to Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao on Nov. 23, 2013.
