After all the red carpet appearances in Hollywood the past few weeks, Margot Robbie couldn't be any happier now that she walks the red carpet in the place closest to her heart.

The Gold Coast-born actress is back in town for the red-carpet premiere of "The Wolf of Wall Street" in Brisbane on Sunday. Wearing a red printed overcoat over a white sheath dress and pink pumps, Margot is all smiles as she faced the press and fans for photo ops and interviews. After all, among the red carpet walks she has done for The Wolf, this is the most important of all.

"It doesn't matter if I'm coming here after eight months or days, I'm never happier than when I'm home," said the Australian actress. "This is my hometown, this is the most important premiere of them all."

Margot arrived in Brisbane earlier in the day wearing a black maxi dress and black jelly flats. She was so happy to be back home that she even took off her sunnies for the cameras and waved to fans waiting for her.

She has indeed come a long way ever since her stint on "Neighbours," where she played the role of Donna Freedman. Upon first stepping foot in Hollywood, she immediately nabbed a TV role as a '60s flight stewardess in "Pan Am." Then she went on to doing films such as "About Time" and "The Wolf of Wall Street."

Margot is set to appear in "Z for Zachariah," replacing Amanda Seyfried in the post-apocalyptic thriller alongside Chris Pine and Chiwetel Ejiofor, best known as the lead actor in "12 Years a Slave." She will also appear in Warner Bros's live-action adaptation of "Tarzan," opposite Alexander Skarsgard of "True Blood."

She has just finished filming "Focus," a romantic comedy which also stars Will Smith; and Suite Francaise, an adaptation of the WWII-era book of the same title alongside Michelle Williams and Kristin Scott-Thomas.
