TV Show Host Mario Lopez Releases A Tell All Book

In his recently unveiled memoir, 'Just Between US', Mario Lopez has hinted that he once had a one night stand with a mega pop star. Tabloids across the globe have started speculating as to the identity of this person.

US Weekly is quite confident that the hinted pop star is none other than Britney Spears. As per the book, this stunt happened many years ago in Las Vegas.

Mario, however, is reluctant to name anyone. On his recent appearance on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, the American TV host and actor only specified in a very broad sense when exactly the episode had happened. "I'm trying not to give too much away," said Lopez reluctantly. "It was maybe six or seven years ago... eight years ago?"

He also specified the star remained friendly even after the romp. US weekly is banking on Spears as the one with whom Lopez had this stunt with. He is presently in good and friendly relations with the star. He attended the opening night of Spears' Las Vegas show held in December where the 'Hit Me' singer invited him to join her on stage.

Ellen did her best to bring out the mysterious name by dropping random names like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Celine Dion and Madonna. However, Lopez stood his ground and denied to reveal anything more about it.

The time frame Lopez mentioned covered the days when both the pop singer and himself were single. Spears had just split from her husband Kevin Federline and Lopez, too, was alone at that time.

The Entertainment Wise shared that the book has many other revelations about the host's life. Lopez has opened up about his failed marriage to Ali Landry, which lasted for only two weeks. He has confirmed the rumours about the breakup of their marriage, which was reportedly his act of cheating on her during his bachelor party.

Lopez is a well known name of entertainment world with various TV series, movies and Broadway shows under his belt. His book Just Between Us is out is stores now, available for sale.
