Mark Wahlberg isn't pleased that his 4-year-old daughter is head over heels about One Direction's Harry Styles.

The 42-year-old American actor and producer graced the show of Conan O'Brien on Jan. 9 to talk about his role in the forthcoming "Transformers: Age of Extinction." Wahlberg will star as "Cade" in the new "Transformers" movie, alongside Kelsey Grammer, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, and Nicolas Peltz.

The "Lone Survivor" star told O'Brien how his kids used to be very excited for "Transformers" that he even got them small roles. However, the wind seemed to have changed its direction. According to Wahlberg, his daughters are now crazy over British boyband One Direction especially Harry Styles.

"My daughters were excited for the first time to the point that they asked if they could be in the movie and I asked Michael Bay if we could put them in the movie and he did, I don't know if they are going to make it in the final cut, but they are in the movie, it's the first time that they were excited about the movie," said Wahlberg. "But now, the girls have turned to One Direction and it's like they don't care about Dad anymore," he added.

"My 4-year-old's going, 'Daddy, I like Harry,' and I'm like, 'Well I'm gonna punch Harry in the nose when I see him, Wahlberg told O'Brien. He told O'Brien that his daughters were hiding pictures of Harry inside their rooms and showing them to him. "I pretend that I'm gonna rip them up and I get jealous but If I see that little prick, he's gonna get it," he said.

Wahlberg has four children with wife model Rhea Durham. His eldest is Ella Rae, who is 10 years old, followed by Michael Robert, Brendan Joseph, and Grace Margaret, who are 8, 6, and 4, respectively.

Growing up can be hard for kids and for parents as well, especially for a girl who grows up into a fine young woman. Wahlberg probably doesn't want his princesses to grow up just yet. Regardless of his protectiveness of his daughters, Wahlberg said that he is going to try to get his girls to meet the boys of One Direction.

"That is the only time that I will ever introduce them into a boy and after that, its Rapunzel time," Wahlberg said.

The "Transformers: Age of Extinction" is an indirect sequel for "Transformers: Dark of the Moon. It will be shown in the U.S. on June 27, 2014.
