Aside from competing with each other, the contestant who has the power apron will compete with a professional chef for a chance at immunity. It's aptly called the Chef Challenge Immunity featuring Chef James Viles and Chef Jason Jones. Because Tracy has the power apron, she ended up competing with Chef James Viles from Biota Dining in Bowral, NSW.

They were asked to choose between the heads or tails of some produce and use those as ingredients for their dishes. Guest mentor Kylie Kwong checked out what Tracy and James came up with.

"MasterChef Australia" 6 judges Matt Preston, Gary Mehigan and George Calombaris were there to pass their judgment and give their expert advice. Who won? Well, Tracy Collins emerged as the winner! Preston, Mehigan and Calombaris decided to award the immunity pin to Tracy for her delicious pan fried gnocchi. It certainly looked more appetizing compared to James' "brain" shake! The other contestants congratulated Tracy on her win.
