Hollywood actor Matt Damon and wife Luciana gave birth to their fourth child. A representative of the actor confirmed that Damon and Luciana are again parents to a baby girl.

The baby girl was named Stella Zavala Damon and was born on Wednesday last week in New York City.

"Mom and baby are both healthy. The whole family is thrilled," said the representative for the "Bourne" actor.

Matt and Luciana announced they were expecting a baby back in April. The two got married back in 2005. They have two daughters Isabella, 4, and Gia, 2 and Luciana's 11-year-old daughter, Alexia, from a previous marriage. Stella Zavala Damon is the fourth child in Matt's and Luciana's family.

Matt Damon is presently stars in Hereafter which opened last Friday with $4.1 million at the box office. Damon will next narrate the story of cyclist Lance Armstrong.
