For Matt Damon, one wedding is not enough. The multi-award-winning actor and filmmaker has exchanged I Do's all over again with wife Luciana Barrosso in a private but luxurious renewal vow ceremony on Saturday.

The 42-year-old actor and his wife of more than seven years rented out the entire Sugar Beach Resort in the Caribbean island of St. Lucia to hold the romantic ceremony at a six-figure price.

Although there were A-list stars in the 50-pax guest list, which include Matt's best friend Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner, it still wasn't a "Hollywood" affair. According to Us magazine, Matt made sure that it was simply Luciana's special day.

"This isn't a 'Hollywood' wedding," according to the magazine's source.

"Matt wanted it to be fun, happy and private. He felt like Luciana deserves this, first and foremost."

The groom wore a tan-coloured suit and flip-flops, while Luciana, 36, was in a cream-coloured gown with a sequined belt. Their daughters - Alexia, Isabella, Gia, and Stella - all wore light-coloured dresses that match their mum's. The guests were also asked to wear in the shades of cream and ivory.

"They've wanted to do it for a long time," another source told Us magazine. "They had a tiny ceremony the first time, and wanted to celebrate with family and friends."

The ceremony lasted for 15 minutes, and was followed by a cocktail reception complete with Tiki torches.

Matt and the Argentine-born beauty met together in a Miami bar in 2003. She was working as a bartender at the bar, while he was shooting his comedy flick "Stuck on You." Two years later, the lovebirds became husband and wife in a civil ceremony in New York.
