Following the tragic death of Paul Walker, daughter Meadow Rain Walker posted a heartfelt Facebook message hours after the fiery accident. The FB post has gone viral which alerted Walker's camp. They released a statement claiming the Facebook profile is fake and the message is a hoax.

The 15-year old daughter of Walker is not active on any social media and the real Meadow is currently grieving for his father's death and still in shock for her loss. The person pretending to be Meadow only wants to capitalize on the tragedy which upsets friends and family of the late actor.

The fake Meadow wrote: "When I was little he taught me to walk, taught me to smile, and taught me to never give up. I loved him even before I knew what love was. He was my hero. My REAL life hero! He will always be in my heart! It brings tears in my eyes as I write this. You're gone, but not forgotten! R.I.P Dad!"

The post instantly become a hit when fans and the media jumped at the opportunity to send their condolences. In a matter of 2 hours, the FB post received over 52,000 likes. However, their well wishes only fell upon deaf ears given the fact that the real Meadow is silently grieving with her family.

Walker's publicist, Ame Van Iden, released a statement to clarify the viral post.

"Sadly, there's also numerous people creating fake social media profiles claiming to be Meadow. We would like everyone to know that Meadow does not currently have any public profiles and is not currently active on social media," stated Iden.

News also broke out that Meadow was at the Reach Out Worlwide charity event being attended by her father at the time of his fatal car crash on Saturday night. Yet according to Iden, Meadow was NOT with her father during the toy drive event.

"We want to clarify that Paul went to the event (on Saturday) alone. Meadow was not at the charity event on Saturday and thankfully did not witness the accident," says "Fast and the Furious" actor's publicist.
