It's New Year's Eve and Meadow Walker is going to welcome the New Year without her dad. She has been trying to keep quite amidst her father's alleged fake death. The 15-year-old was recently spotted in public when she attended Justin Bieber's "Believe" movie premiere, Dec. 18, which was her first public appearance after her father's tragic death.

Apparently, she and Bieber met once in one of his concerts and a photo of her and the young pop star showed online, even Paul Walker tweeted about how talented the singer is. The photo appears to have been taken during a backstage meet-and-greet.

Even when she attended the premiere, Meadow did not walk the red carpet and was not photographed at the event. Besides staying out of the public, the young "Belieber" is trying to stay off the internet with so many hoaxes about her father's death.

She doesn't want to see any information about her father including the news about her family feuding for her dad's $45 million assets, or any pictures of the crash. "Meadow is a smart, sensitive girl. She is staying off the internet until things settle. She doesn't want to come across any photos of her dad, or read any negative gossip," said the source in a post in "Epoch Times."

Walker's fortune is sparking a feud between her loved ones as Rebecca McBrain, Meadow's mother, wants some of the fortune and Paul's parents wants to be on control of the assets.

"There's no way Paul's family will let Rebecca get her hands on all the money," says the source to "Star Magazine, adding, "Paul's family think they should be the financial caretakers."

"Paul's parents want to have control of his assets. They think they know best," continued the source.

With all these rumors going on around the net, it is best for Meadow to stay out of it. Christmas has been sad for the young Walker but she is trying her hardest to stay strong as she tries to face a new chapter of her life without Paul.

"She says Christmas won't be the same without him. She's very sad," said the source. "Meadow isn't asking for gifts, but has instead asked her family and friends to make a donation to Paul's charity, Reach Out Worldwide."
