According to reports, the "Transformers" star Megan Fox is expecting her first child with husband Brian Austin Green.

A source tells Star magazine that the couple is expecting their first child together. Although it will be the 25-year-old actress' first child, her husband already has a 10-year-old son with his ex Vanessa Marcil.

"They just found out and are incredibly excited," the source said also warning that the couple may take a while before announcing. "It's still early, so they are only telling close friends and family members."

The couple first met in 2004 on the set of Hope & Faith. After two years, the two became engaged but broke things off in 2009. The following year, they got engaged again in June and promptly got married.

Talking about her parenting skills, the source adds that Megan has been a great stepmother and Brian is confident that she will be wonderful with the baby.

"Megan has become a great stepmom, and Brian knows she'll be wonderful with the baby. She has really grown in the past couple of years. Megan used to only be concerned with her career, but now family comes first," the source adds.

During an interview with Cosmopolitan magazine, Fox confessed that she has always been motherly.

"I want at least two, probably three [kids]," she said. "I've always been maternal."
