Meryl Streep’s Daughters Front H&M’s Sister Label Fashion Campaign

Three-time Academy Award winner Meryl Streep is clearly not the only one making headlines, as her three daughters Mamie, Grace and Louisa Gummer appear for their very first fashion campaign, together.

The Gummer sisters model in the second collaboration of H&M’s sister label & Other Stories and Los Angeles-based accessories designer Claire Vivier, showcasing pastel-colored blouses and bright-hued accessories such as totes and envelope clutches in various fun patterns and textures.

Fashionista reports that the campaign, shot by fashion and color photographer Stephen Shore at the Clare Vivier HQ a few months ago, features the sisters wearing simple blouses, faded jeans, plain loafers, and minimal makeup to embody the easy west coast aesthetic look for which Vivier is most known for.

As to the inspiration behind the new pieces, Vivier gushes, “This collection was inspired by the urban busy woman, and like all my pieces these are utilitarian, but distinctively chic and fun”. Also a personal friend of the sisters, she reveals that Louisa was their very first employee at their New York store in 2013, and that she was excited to be working with Streep’s other daughters as well. “They are my dream customers -- creative, hardworking, stylish, city girls,” she tells Harpers Bazaar.

Although this campaign is their first one together, the sisters have had their own share of the spotlight. Marnie, 31, starred in the medical series “Emily Owens, M.D.” and had cameo roles in “The Good Wife”, Grace, 28, appeared in “Frances Ha”, and “The Newsroom”, while Louisa, 23 has been modeling with IMG Models. They have also joined their mother Meryl Streep on the red carpet on several occasions.
