Meteorologists predict of wetter cooler days ahead
The Bureau of Meteorology (BoM) has announced that the public should expect wetter and cooler days ahead as the mercury is forecasted to drop in the coming months.
In a statement, the BoM said NSW should expected higher than normal rainfall between April and June. Announcing its climate forecast from April to June, the BoM added that NSW, southwest Western Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania should enjoy a mild autumn and start to winter.
It added that eastern Australia should experience wetter than normal season the next three months, with southeast Queensland and northeast NSW to receive above-median rainfall, predictably 70 percent above normal.
The data, released Tuesday added that southwest and southeast of Australia are predicted to have a warm start top winter, but will have chillier than normal days for that part of the tropics.
There is also a 75 percent likelihood of higher than usual temperatures across Western Australia, southeast South Australia, southern NSW, Victoria and Tasmania, the weather bureau added.
But the northeast Western Australia, most of the Northern Territory and southeast Queensland are forecasted to experience between 60 and 70 percent to have cooler than normal days.
