Michael Douglas gave an update on his on-going treatment for his throat cancer. The "Wall Street" star said he is doing fine and he and his doctors remain optimistic, although his chemo theraphy limits his movement. Douglas even express optimism that this "pretty bad year" will be topped by the success of his latest movie, "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps."

"I'm doing fine; very proud of the picture," said Michael told Entertainment Tonight.

"My doctors are optimistic, I'm optimistic, and obviously a combination of radiation every day and chemo limits a full day, but everybody did a fantastic job and life goes on. So it's just another chapter. I've had a pretty good run of it and this was a pretty bad year, so it's going to be topped off with a really good movie."

But what bother some fans is the interview was mainly done through audio. Is he really okay?

Douglas was last seen in the David Letterman's show where he revealed that he was diagnosed with Stage IV throat cancer. His wife, Catherine Zeta-Jones had recently revealed her struggle as she witness her husband slowed down by the cancer. The report from Entertainment Tonight says the actor is looking good, despite his circumstances.

His friends and colleagues in Hollywood expressed support to the cancer-stricken Douglas.
