Almost four years after his death, Michael Jackson still can’t put child molestation scandals behind him. The tragic King of Pop has been posthumously accused of molesting a boy, who grew up to become a famous choreographer today.

Wade Robson, 30, filed a legal suit against Jackson’s estate, claiming the music superstar molested him when he was just a child.

According to TMZ, his lawyer filed the legal documents on May 1, claiming his client was sexually abused in the past by the singer. They are asking the judge in the Michael Jackson estate case to allow him to file a late creditor’s claim.

The actual complaint, which had never been filed before, is not available to the public, but sources told the U.S. gossip Web site that it specifically outlines the alleged abuse Robson suffered at the hands of Jackson.

Robson is a choreographer who has directed music videos for various artists like Britney Spears and ‘N Sync. He is also a judge at the dance competition reality show “So You Think You Can Dance.”

He appeared on “Star Search” in 1990, performing to Jackson’s “The Way You Make Me Fee” (video below) when he was 8 years old. He had spent sleepovers at Jackson’s homes from age 7 to 14.

Oddly enough, he had appeared in the late superstar’s molestation trial in 2005, and denied that Jackson molested him.

Jackson’s former housekeeper, Blanca Francia, had also testified in the trial that she witnessed the singer with Robson when the latter was just 8 or 9 years old.
