Michael Jordan and Wife Yvette Prieto Expecting Twin Girls
It is a great joy for a husband to find out that his wife is carrying a baby. What more if his wife is carrying twins? It looks like it is double joy for basketball legend Michael Jordan because his wife model Yvette Prieto is reportedly having twin girls, according to E! Online.
Jordan wed Prieto on April 27, 2013 at Bethesda-by-the-Sea Episcopal Church, after several years of dating. The couple first announced that they were expecting a baby on November.
Prieto is due to give birth on April 2014. Who knows? Maybe the babies will be born on the very same day of their anniversary. This will be Prieto's first children and Jordan's fourth and fifth. The basketball player previously fathered 3 children with ex-wife Juanita Vanoy.
Jordan's family is growing, and maybe he has to think twice if he really needs to sell his 56,000 square foot mansion in Chicago. Jordan raised his kids in the said luxurious manor but figured that he had to let go of it since all his children have grown up already.
He recently put up his mansion for auction on Dec. 16. However, no buyer seemed interested to purchase the said property. Now that he is going to be a father again to - not one, but two babies - perhaps he might have to sort out his priorities right.
Having one baby already creates a thrilling emotion for parents, especially new parents, and having twins quite literally double that emotion. Carrying twins means double the joy, double the jitters, double the stress, double the trouble, and just about everything. Furthermore, carrying twins is not an easy task. It is imperative that Prieto take extreme good care of herself to ensure that the babies are born healthy. It is also going to be a challenge raising twins and dividing the attention to two beautiful ladies that Jordan and Prieto dearly love, but they will surely find a way.
A twin pregnancy is a blessing, so congratulations to Jordan and Prieto.
