U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama has showcased her basketball skills in an event that she can dunk.

Pres. Barack Obama honored the Miami Heat Team in the White House on Jan. 14 for its NBA championship. Mrs. Obama grabbed the chance to team up with the basketball players promoting her campaign to end obesity among American children.

Michelle and Lebron fooled around as Miami Heat Head Coach Erik Spoelstra interviewed Dwyane Wade and Ray Allen about the importance of eating healthy and staying hydrated. Michelle and Lebron sneaked up behind eating apples. Chris Bosh also appeared in the background, drinking water at one point and video-bombed his teammates.

Lebron held a basketball hoop low enough so Michelle can dunk the ball.

The video didn't look rehearsed at all. Spoelstra, Allen and Wade were basically cracking up. It was a fun video to watch. Seeing the First Lady have fun is amusing. It is really nice to see celebrities and other influential people reveal the softer side of them. We may be accustomed to seeing these people getting all serious and uptight with their respective professions and careers all the time. It is a different sight to see them get loosen up or goofed around a little bit.

Mrs. Obama's campaign against childhood obesity called "Let's Move" began in February 2010. She used her powerful post as First Lady to respond to the obesity problem in the current generation. It encourages increased daily physical activities and a healthier and well-balanced diet for American children. The campaign encourages every sector in the society from schools to families and communities helping children become more engaged in sports and eat healthier.

Michelle has partnered with different corporations, health care providers, schools, pop stars, athletes and other celebrities for the "Let's Move" campaign. Beyonce Knowles even recorded a song for the campaign. Culinary Expert Rachael Ray also supports the drive to fight obesity.
