Tyson counter-claimed that the photographer Antono Echavarria trailed him and his family through several terminals while they were looking for a lost luggage and that he was just defending himself when the photographer assaulted him with the camera.
In the new suit, photographer Echavarria claimed that Tyson had attacked him, broke his camera after hitting him with his left fist. The photographer claims, that as a result, he suffered a strain to his spinal cord and a concussion.
According to TMZ, Echavarria is asking for $25 million in punitive damages: $10 million for pain, suffering, inconvenience and emotional distress; $50,000 for current medical expenses and $250,000 for future medical care; $750,000 for loss of future earning capacity; and $10,000 for property damage.
