Miley All Smiley: The Singer's Looks at the People's Choice Awards
Miley Cyrus is known for her provocative fashion sense but it was quite a surprise when she arrived at the People's Choice Awards wearing the most chic and classy outfit. Of course, her eye candy and beau Liam Hemsworth completed the sassy look.
Miley made heads turn during her arrival at the red carpet event of the People's Choice Awards. Australian actor and longtime boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, also arrived with her. Though she wasn't set to go on stage, that didn't mean she couldn't dress up for the event.
Singer and actress, Miley Cyrus, donned an amazing David Koma number: a fabulous white dress that featured a front plunging sheer panel. The sheer paneling continued under the draped fabric while colorful embellishments highlighted the lower half of the dress giving it the futuristic feel.
Cyrus paired the dress off with a pair of metallic red hot pointed-toe stilettos and a silver Marchesa clutch. Her wavy brown locks swept to the side completed her lovely look. The same hair style can be seen on "Glee" star Lea Michele who won the award for Favorite Comedy TV actress.
It was definitely surprising to see Miley all dressed up such a simple and sophisticated look. This look she embodied at the People's Choice Awards was a far cry from her initial red carpet looks. It's a known fact that Miley's style usually varies from edgy rocker chic, to boho, to extremely sexy and revealing.
The 19-year old managed to pull the look off, but of course, no style comes without the price. For Miley, her stilettos may have added the "Oomph" factor but it nevertheless caused her incredible pain as evidenced by her tweet.
"I have a love/hate relationship w these shoes right now," tweeted the singer during the Awards night. "I think Id be in LESS pain if you chopped my toes off."
Well, true fashionistas would of course know that fashion is something to suck in, and Miley definitely learned that during the night. Her stiletto pain paid off because the Disney princess won the E! Online award for Best Dressed.
