Pop star Miley Cyrus made an explosive confession on her 19th birthday party last week. When the pop star was presented a Bob Marley cake on the stage she referred to herself as a "pothead" and "stoner."

Miley addressed the crowd and seemingly admitted that she was a marijuana user. The party was organized by her close friend Kelly Osbourne.

"You know you're a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake," the former Disney star said. "You know you smoke way too much f**king weed!" added the singer.

The party was held at Beacher's Madhouse inside the Roosevelt Hotel, Los Angeles. It took place Tuesday last week which was hosted by Kelly Osbourne and attended by some of her close friends.

The 19-year-old singer was photographed smoking bong last year but she denied it was marijuana and said it was the legal hallucinogen salvia. In what may be a joke or not, Osbourne said with a laugh that Miley's problem was not weed but with the hallucinogen drug salvia.

Later that night Kelly took it out on Twitter that both she and Miley were joking. Osbourne said that they started calling the singer "Bob Miley" after the salvia incident and that the cake was also a joke.

"Can't thank @MissKellyO for the best partyyyy ever! =]]]] i loveeeee you! Let's just say there was a unicorn in the lobby," Cyrus tweeted.
