Miley Cyrus' much-awaited album is getting the right amount of promotion, thanks to the antics of its maker. Yes, Miley Cyrus did it again and she never fails to disappoint us with her antics. On Wednesday, she stepped out for a special appearance at a television studio in Southbank, London wearing something absolutely outlandish.

Miley's bizarre trousers designed by Jean Paul Gaultier were certainly unique as half of it was skin tight while the other half flapped around like it just doesn't care. The wacky bottom was paired with a black vest top and sunglasses. There was no sun on that day, but we know celebs, if they want to wear sunglasses, they will.

Wait, she also skipped the underwear exposing her right bum for the world to see. But, the left side appeared rather conservative as it was fully covered. Miley paired the all-black outfit with a loose gold belt by Chanel, three neck pieces and a bracelet. She also grabbed a tiny Chanel handbag.

Miley has been travelling extensively across mainland Europe to promote her upcoming album and one of the singles from the album 'Wrecking Ball.' She went to France and Holland and during her last outing, she looked rather tired.

The release of Miley's new music video "Wrecking Ball" was a smash hit as it received about 19 million hits in its first 24-hour run. The video broke the record of 10.7 million hits created by One Direction's "Best Song Ever" promo.

"Wrecking Ball" music video is less controversial compared to the first single from Miley's new album "Bangerz." But still the video showcases Miley topless doing her act on a huge demolition ball.

The new album "Bangerz" will hit the stores in Oct. and a week before the release, a documentary titled, "Miley: The Movement" will be unveiled, according to Daily Mail.
