Miley Cyrus was quick to express her thoughts on the death of the paparazzo who was trying to snap photos of Justin Bieber in L.A. The paparazzo saw Bieber's white Ferrari was pulled over by traffic police, but he didn't realize Bieber wasn't in the car at the time. The celebrity snapper was hit by a vehicle on the street as he returned to his vehicle after the failed attempt.

Cyrus' tweets came in three parts. Apparently, she had a lot to say on the matter and a space for 140 characters was not enough. Her first tweet goes:

"Hope this paparazzi/JB accident brings on some changes in '13 Paparazzi are dangerous! Wasn't Princess Di enough of a wake up call?!"

Cyrus was wary of comments that might aim to hit Bieber's conscience. She aired a warning to paparazzi saying, "this was bound to happen" with "paparazzi acting like fools."

"It is unfair for anyone to put this on to Justin's conscious as well! This was bound to happen! Your mom teaches u when (you're) a child not [third tweet] to play in the street! The chaos that comes with the paparazzi acting like fools makes it impossible for anyone to make safe choices."

Meanwhile, Justin Bieber fans had their idol's name trending on Twitter shortly after news came out on the tragic death of the paparazzo. Fans called Bieber their "angel without wings." The move is seen as a virtual sympathy hug to Bieber, who may have been shaken by the incident.
