Miley Cyrus might be getting married to beau of three years, Liam Hemsworth by the end of summer but that doesn't mean she's a busy bride-to-be.

The 19-year old singer has been spotted either enjoying a dip in the pool with guy friends or heading out to Pilates. Now, Miley has got something else worthy of attention apart from the big rock on her finger. Cyrus has once again gotten inked. What does it say this time?

Tattoos may have been originally dubbed as taboo but nowadays it has been transformed into a form of self-expression unparalleled by any other means. From ordinary folk to A-list celebs, getting inked pretty much normal in this time. One pop star that is definitely hooked on the art of self-expression is Miley Cyrus. To date, the 19-year old has more than 15 tattoos. Now, Miley has added yet another tattoo onto her body.

Surprisingly, it isn't just any quote tattoo. A true-blue American at heart, Miley got the famous speech of Theodore Roosevelt inked over her left arm - parts of the speech that is. The tattoo says, "so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat".
