Former Disney stars, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus are set to compete for the spot in Simon Cowell's hit show, "X-Factor".

Ex-Disney Princess, Britney Spears, may have taken up one of the spots but Simon Cowell still has his eyes out for another pop princess. So who should it be: the "Who Can't Be Tamed" singer, Miley Cyrus, "Skyscraper" singer, Demi Lovato or "Complicated" singer, Avril Lavigne?

Earlier in April, E! News had reported about Britney getting in on the "X-Factor" bandwagon. However, Britney's team had a minor disagreement on the one-year deal price.

"Both camps were back and forth on the money but now they have finally come to agreement on the fee," shared an insider.

"That was the big sticking point and now, thankfully, it's been sorted. All they need to do now is work out the smaller points. The fact the money is now set, means that there is nothing stopping this from becoming a reality."

Britney Spears is yet to finalize the dea,l but sources claim the deal has already been set in stone. Chances are Britney will appear beside Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid in the all new season of "X-Factor".

"Britney's deal is not done, it's close, but we are not that far ahead to be making a formal announcement," says a source to Celebuzz.

Joining Spears on the show are three other contenders namely Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato and Avril Lavigne. Other sources also claim that Fergie of "The Black Eyed Peas" is one other judge producers of the show have got their eyes on.

"There have been talks with Miley," reveals a source but offers are yet to be extended.

Another Disney Star in talks for the fourth spot is Demi Lovato. "Complicated" Avril Lavigne has also piqued the interest of producers given the singer had performed with finalist, Chris Rene, during the evening finale.

No final decisions have been slated out but with Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger out of the show, Simon is on the look-out for justifiable replacements. With all the choices, Simon might need a helping hand.

So, who should get the fourth judging spot: Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato or Avril Lavigne?
