Teen pop sensation Miley Cyrus enjoys some Aussie retail therapy while taking a break from her 5-date Oz tour.

Hannah Montana star and singer Miley Cyrus spends the day in Darlinghurst's fashion district with her mother Tish and boyfriend Australian model Liam Hemsworth for some shopping action. The pop star was spotted visiting some swanky shops and boutiques with her boyfriend after a lunch date with the star's mother. Hemsworth, a Melbourne native and brother of Thor actor Chris Hemsworth, flew back to his hometown yesterday to watch his on-off girlfriend perform the remaining 4 shows of her tour.

According to a witness, the couple visited several jewelry shops in Oxford Street while cuddling and making out. One shop that got the pop star's attention was Paddington's Ganapati store. Sarala Manandhar, the store's owner, says she was "shocked" upon seeing Cyrus walked inside her store. "My (two) girls watch Hannah Montana every night, they will be so gutted to have missed her!" says the shop owner in a report posted at News.com.au. Manandhar continued to describe Miley's choices, saying the American star bought a jacket, a dress, silver jewelry, and had her eyes on a string of Nepalese prayer beads. The owner says Hemsworth waited in a corner of her shop and waited for the singer to finish looking around and trying items on.

Miley Cyrus will perform tonight at the Melbourne Rod Laver Arena, and on the 26th in Sydney Acer Arena. The singer will continue her Aussie tour on the 29h in Adelaide's Entertainment Centre and lastly at the Perth Burswood Dome on July 2. For ticket information, visit www.ticketek.com.
