Being a Miley Cyrus fan is good, but it can get you arrested if you cross your boundaries. One fan of singer Miley Cyrus not only sneaked into her room backstage at one of her concerts but also posted a picture of her room and confessed to it publically on Twitter. Miley's teenage fan, Tucker Salvesen thought he was doing a brave job by sneaking into her restricted area and leaving a note for the "Wrecking Ball" songstress but he got caught in the legal net. The 18-year-old has now been arrested after he posted the proof of his unlawful act on Twitter.

The teenager sneaked into Miley Cyrus' dressing room a day before her Omaha concert and left a note requesting her to meet him. Not only was he proud of his act he also posted picture of the restricted area. This is not only unethical and a security breach but also a crime in the face of law.

Tucker believes that he shares the same heartbreaks with the former Disney star. In addition, the teenage boy claims that Miley's songs gave her the strength to carry on and all "answers" he was looking for.

"I snuck back here I need to meet you. You have helped me so much your music has given me all the answers I was looking for when my heart got broke ... we went through the same thing @ the same time ... Miley I love you!!! Please let me meet you," Tucker wrote on his Twitter account.

"I snuck into your dressing room today in Omaha, there's a note in there for you," he captioned the picture of Miley Cyrus' room from outside.

"SO JEALOUS YOU GOT INTO MILEY'S DRESSING ROOM OMG," writes Kristen Johnson to Tucker.

"Dude your so LUCKY! I hope she reads your letter! I LOVE her, but dude you got GUTs! XD," writes Warren on Twitter to Miley's fan Tucker.

Considering the fact that he meant no real harm, do you think Tucker did the right thing to sneak into Miley Cyrus' dressing room to leave a note? What are your views?
