After her alleged breakup with fiancé Liam Hemsworth, Miley Cyrus sure knows how to show the hunky actor what he's missing.

The 20-year-old was recently spotted hanging around with friends by the poolside of Ace Hotel in Palm Springs, wearing a skimpy two-piece bikini by Beach Riot, with a mint green base color and pink and green prints. She was sipping a cold drink while chatting on the phone, and we wonder if it's Liam she's talking to.

As of now, there's still no news of the couple's current status, as there has been no official confirmation from both parties of a breakup. We suspect though that this vacation is an escape from all the drama and chaos surrounding and following the pop star.

A close look at the sizzling photo of Miley reveals that she isn't wearing her engagement ring. The former Disney star recently bumped off rumors of calling it quits with Liam, stating via Twitter that the 3.5 carat ring is being fixed.

Miley responded to a friend who tweeted that she had to send off her engagement ring to be repaired, saying she was having similar issues.

"Ugh that's the worst! I just had a similar situation except when it happens to me then everyone says my wedding is off (sic)," she wrote back.

The spunky actress is sporting a new tat though. Reports say that the pop star recently got inked by Kat Von D, but she was covering the anatomical heart body art on her arm with a white towel in the photo.

Meanwhile, while Cyrus is hanging around in Palm Springs, Liam has made his way to Manila and has made a press appearance for the clothing line, Bench. However, the Hunger Games star hasn't made any comments regarding his fiancé during the promotional event.

Despite what may happen or appear on tabloids during the next few months, fans are still praying that the Last Song couple hasn't made it into Splitsville yet and will soon make up. Maybe sporting a hot bod in that bikini could speed things up over the duo's reconciliation, because we're sure that if Liam sees this photo, he would be inspired to take immediate action.
