Miley Cyrus has gone topless once again. This time she did it in celebration of her 21st birthday. The Bangrez singer posted a topless selfie on Instagram, the morning after she turned 21.

The pictures showed the singer lying in her bed wrapped under a white sheet. She looked as she has just got out off deep sleep but still looking refreshed and flawless.

She also tweeted a picture of herself with her dog. "Perfect start to the perfect day. Miley tweeted along with a picture of herself kissing her pooch.I love him soooo f**king much I can't stand it.My best friend," she tweeted.

What seemed surprising was her black eyebrows. She recently bleached her brows and it was good to see her normal eyebrows.

Regarding her eyebrows, she has tweeted, "Blonde hurrrrr errrrrrwurrrrr,"

We must admit that Cyrus looked quite scary in her bleached eyebrow.

Meanwhile, her ex-Boyfriend Liam Hemsworth recently revealed in an interview that he was happy with the break-up. He told Associated Press, "These days I feel like I'm more centered and grounded than I've ever been. For a few years, I went down a path where I forgot to be in the moment and enjoy the moment."

There were rumors that Hemsworth has developed a liking for his "Hunger Games: Catching Fire" Co-star Jennifer Lawrence.

Liam said in an interview, "Being around someone like Jen (Jennifer Lawrecne), who is so honest and laughs all day long, I am forced to be in the right now. I'm much happier. What I always keep in mind is that I know what the truth is and that's all that matters.I know I'm a good person."

Hemsworth and Lawrence will make a great couple. Let's wait and see the two turning into a real life couple.
