Other than the fact that they were living together for almost four years and were engaged for a year and a half, these two seem to not know each other anymore.

It may be that the two are quite busy at the moment, Miley Cyrus now being the new face for Marc Jacobs' Spring/Summer collection. In addition, Miley seems to be enjoying her single life while hanging out with Kellan Lutz. On the other hand her former fiancé, Liam Hemsworth seems to be busy with his career; he plays the role of Gale in "The Hunger Games" alongside Jennifer Lawrence.

However, fans aren't buying it. Cyrus and Hemsworth used to have busy lives even before their relationship was placed on a pedestal but now it seems like the two don't even know each other. They may be living separate lives but wasn't their break up a mutual thing?

Recent reports from the dailymail.co.uk have stated that Cyrus is living a whole new life now. A source gathered by the site says:

"She doesn't speak with Liam, She has another life now that doesn't involve him. When she was with him, she only thought marriage, now she can only think of life without him and to her, it's so far so good."

Cyrus had mentioned being afraid of being alone, which was the reason why she stuck to being engaged with Liam Hemsworth even though the two were just teenagers at the time. Yet, times have changed for the former Disney princess.

"She doesn't want to be serious with anyone, she isn't looking to date and is not looking for any type of man, She wants her tour to be a success and her career to get even bigger. She is having fun by having fun and doesn't want a man to ruin it," explains the insider.

We shall see if these two ever decide to talk to each other.
