The highly anticipated wedding of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth is still on despite reports to the contrary. The young lovers are still engaged to be married, but no specific date has been set.

People magazine reported that the former Disney star and the "Hunger Games" actor have been having trouble with their relationship.

"Miley and Liam had another argyment before the weekend and the engagement ring is off again," a source told the magazine.

Miley, 20, has been seen without her 3.5-carat Neil Lane diamond ring recently, which is allegedly proof that their wedding is off.

The decision to postpone their wedding was the "mature thing to do." They continue to live together at her Toluca Lake house, though.

"They don't want to get married until they figure out their problems. But Miley is very worried about losing Liam. She is crazy about him."

But according to another insider, the question shouldn't be if it's still on or not, but when.

"You can't postpone a wedding that never had a date in the first place. Their plan all along was to wait a couple of years before even thinking about a date. The People story is ridiculous," the source told eonline.com.

As for her ring-less finger, the insider explained, "She just doesn't wear it sometimes. People shouldn't read too much into that."

Miley's dad, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus, isn't confident that her daughter and her Australian fiancé will ever exchange I Do's, though.

"I don't know (if they will get married). I really don't I play it by ear and I know whatever is meant to be, that's the way it's going to happen," he said in interview to promote his memoir "Hillbilly Heart" on "Nightline."

"I know as I was writing the book I wanted to keep that particular moment as open-ended as possible," he continued. "They're young. They're kids. The great news is that they're great friends. They're really, really good friends."
