Miley Cyrus has transformed drastically from a sweet "Hannah Montana" Disney girl with long hair, lovely smile to the one who twerks, holds her crotch and seeks drastic attention in every move she makes. And the "We Can't Stop" singer is attributing the change to none other than puberty.

"It's called puberty. Everyone's done it from the beginning of time. I'm just doing it [in the spotlight] so you're zooming in on it and you're fascinated by it," says 20-year-old Cyrus to her close friend Kelly Osbourne in an interview for "Fashion Police."

The former "Hannah Montana" star has time and again reiterated the fact she is just acting like a teenager would when she chopped off her hair and changed her dressing style but media is making an issue about it.

The former Disney star complains about being misunderstood, when asked about going topless in her recent Marc Jacobs' "Protect the Skin You're In" t-shirt the singer says she is happy to use her fame for a good cause, even if it means getting naked!

"I think if I can just use where I am in my career and use myself as a pedestal to do good - even if it means getting naked, 'cause more people are gonna look at it," the pop singer replied.

Miley has often said that she is a completely different person from what she was in her teens and has even gone to the lengths of chopping of her hair and saying she would have probably dropped her last name "Cyrus" to prove that.

The recently transformed Miley did a risqué shoot with photographer Terry Richardson for a spread in Harper's Bazaar. Last Wednesday (August 14), Richardson shared the candid pictures on his Web site that showed the singer smoking, holding crotch, doing a head-stand in a tiny pair of black transparent shorts and even showing her tongue and middle finger too!

We are getting used to the new adult Miley who is no longer a kid. How about you?
